The lifestyle we live in the 21st century often leads us down a troubled road of chronic stress, inactivity, and the negative effects of aging. Millions of people experience a diminished quality of life as a result.
My experience, with the help of science, has taught me that we do not have to go down that road. Doing the right exercise is an excellent antidote to the reduced quality of life many of us experience. In this blog I discuss practical, effective exercises that will provide you with a roadmap to better health and function, regardless of your age.
