Fitness for Life is an interactive blog for people interested in improving their health and life by engaging in a pain-free exercise program. I provide an opportunity for readers to talk about and ask questions about my daily exercise-oriented postings.

About Me

I am a practicing physical therapist with many years of experience teaching exercises to patients. My professional training and experience, along with my own personal history with exercise training, has helped make me a passionate advocate of exercise. I have a great deal of scientific and practical information, and what I consider to be “pearls of wisdom” to share about exercise training.

I founded Milpitas Physical Therapy Clinic in 1980, where I continue to practice outpatient orthopedic physical therapy today.
